What payment methods do you accept?

How do I pay with a credit card?

Simply enter your card number, name on the card, expiry date, and the 3-digit CVC code at checkout. All data is encrypted via SSL servers and protected from third-party access. Your card will only be charged once your order has been shipped.

How do I pay with PayPal (coming soon)?

Once available, you will be able to select PayPal at checkout, log in to your account, and confirm your payment. With PayPal, your financial details remain fully protected.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you’ll automatically receive an email confirmation after completing your order.

What if I have issues completing payment?

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you may cancel your order by emailing contact@harley-sydney.com (1 hour after payment). Please include your name, order number, and order date.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, you can only cancel by returning the package.

Service & Warranty

What should I do if my product has a defect?

If your product has a defect not visible at the time of purchase, you must notify us within a reasonable timeframe after discovery. If Harley Sydney determines that the defect is not caused by normal wear, misuse, or lack of maintenance, we will repair or replace the product within a reasonable period.

What is not covered under warranty?

Damage caused by misuse, modification, or lack of care

Normal wear and tear

Specific parts such as glass, straps, zippers, or batteries

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under Australian law.
